Unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
* Appointments not canceled within 24 to 12 hours will be charged $ 65
* Appointments not canceled within 12 to 04 hours will be charged $ 85
* Digital promotions sold by third parties will be accepted for the price paid no the promotion deal purchased.
No Show
When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen.
* No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the price.
* Gift Cards or Digital promotions sold by third parties' price will be redeemed automatically.

We DO NOT accept Gift Cards purchased somewhere else as full or partial payment for services or products.

If you purchased a promotion to a third party in the past, please check the FINE PRINT. Any promotion EXPIRES 90 DAYS after purchase, the voucher will be accepted as PART OF PAYMENT on any service ONLY FOR THE PRICE PAID. If you prefer a refund of your voucher, please refer to the company you purchased the promotion from.
