Cancellation Policy Unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. * Appointments not canceled within 24 to 12 hours will be charged $ 65 * Appointments not canceled within 12 to 04 hours will be charged $ 85 * Digital promotions sold by third parties will be accepted for the price paid no the promotion deal purchased. No Show When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen. * No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the price. * Gift Cards or Digital promotions sold by third parties price will be redeemed automatically. Age Requirements * Facial treatments are available for all ages. * Young from 10 to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. * Teens 16 to 17 are welcome to enjoy facials after a parent's written approval Payments: I take your information very seriously, so in order to keep your information safe, please follow the following steps: 1.-For your protection, your credit card information is not automatically saved, it can't be accessed or seen by anyone even me. 2.-If you decide to save your credit card information to ease checkout when you schedule online, you have that option. Also, you can request to save your card info in person when you visit me. 3.- If you are paying with a credit card, not under your name, a signed card authorization from the cardholder is required, the option could be for only 1 charge or future services or products. This authorization might be requested via phone or text. Get ready the cardholder: name, phone number, email, and zip code to send the authorization via email. 4.- Please never send your card information or a photo of it via text or by phone.
