 Cancellation Policy Unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.  *  Appointments not canceled within 24 to 12 hours will be charged $ 95   *  Appointments not canceled within 12 to 04 hours will be charged $ 120 * Digital promotions sold by third parties will be accepted for the price paid not the promotion deal purchased. ​No Show When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen.  *  No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the price. * Gift Cards or Digital promotions sold by third parties, will be redeemed automatically.
